We packed the car and hit the road to check our Hämeenlinna connections 10th year celebration of choppin. New clubhouse got good bar with all the necessary items, guy´s have made some sausages and potato salad, enough to drink and eat, lights went down early for travellers from Helsinki, Good vibrations. Big thanks !!
Did some footpegs today with the lathe. And did the mounting for the headlights. I think im gonna run it like that. Two lamps is always better than one, right?
Trying to get all the stuff fit good. I finally have all the stuff for the front end. Trying to do the seat now. I'll get more photos when i get it done.
Kaitsu scored a pornbag full of old mags from the Jyväskylä chopperswap. Amongst them was this street chopper mag with a cool article about a 70's lowrider.
Now, these are the kinda bikes i like, usually over the top engravings and paintjobs and the freakiest dudes riding them. Plus it has the same front end that i've got but only shorter.
Found this neat little chopper from my grandpa's grandmamas barn the other day. Its a neat little 70's survivor with all the period correct goodies! Little elbow grease here and there and we'll get it running soon. Don't wanna waste a good survivor so we're not gonna change anything on it!
Last summer Krisse and i rode around for couple of days just wandering. This was a common site. Krisse just pushes he's bike down and starts doing he's thing. Which in this case was the backbrake. I think.
